Responsibilities and Requirements : The student worker will carry out clerical and administrative duties for the Career Advising and Planning Services (CAPS) Employer Relations and Development (ERD) team, with primary focus on assisting three ERD Assistant Directors. Time commitment would be 10-15 hours per week with emphasis on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Duties would include (but not be limited to) 1) Data entry into internship summary spreadsheet, 2) Coordinating interview processes for On-Campus Recruiting Employers, 3) Taking notes on employer outreach calls for review and entry into CCC, 4) Gather data on students who have been accepted for full-time employment and internships and develop data collection strategies, 5) Coordinate and facilitate employer/ERD meetings and conference calls, 6) Build a comprehensive data base capturing employer outreach activities, 7) Other general administrative duties as assigned.
