Our client, a top financial firm with offices in New York and London, is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to assume responsibility for:

- Compensation surveys and research
- Managing the deferred compensation program
- Administering the year-end compensation review process
- Processing payroll and benefits
- Managing audits and benefit renewals
- Investigating potential new benefits
- Insuring compliance with tax and benefit laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5 years of related experience
- Experience with ADP PayExpert
- Strong Excel skills
- Keen interest in compensation and payroll issues
- Ability with work in a mid-sized, growing and fast-paced firm
