FMCG SALES MANAGER
Our company is looking to employ a highly experienced FMCG SALES MANAGER with between 7 – 10 years + experience. This candidate must be fluent in English, worked and developed large teams and be able to develop channels of sales as per company strategy.
KEY FUNCTIONAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
•Responsible for overseeing the profit making section of the company, develop the teams and give guidance as per company strategy. Must be hands on in managing and developing staff, teams AND bring in business with large retail outlets.
•Set targets for the team/s and ensure staff meet targets by measuring KPI.
•Must be highly skilled in business/sales plans/strategies - business and sales - ultimate goal is to identify opportunities, target market and understand competitive intelligence and provide business sales plan/strategy in line with the company directive.
•Create a line of sales, distributors and increase market share.
•Monitor sales team by the hour and
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES
•10 years experience in FMCG Sales Management – not negotiable
•Tobacco industry experience - major advantage
•Managed, recruited, developed and trained large teams of sales representatives.
•Experience and managed setting targets, measuring performance and KPI.
•Fluent in English
•Proficient in Portuguese – advantage
•Driver’s license and clear criminal record
