Cold Caller Sales Outreach Specialist Welding Products Store

Are you a confident communicator with a talent for making connections? Join our growing team at Iron Fusion Fab, a trusted supplier in the welding industry. We’re looking for motivated and results-driven Cold Callers to introduce our high-quality welding equipment and supplies to new customers.

As a Cold Caller, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—reaching out by phone, building rapport, and identifying potential sales opportunities. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning a “no” into a “yes,” this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
Generate interest and qualify leads for our sales team
Follow up on previous calls to nurture leads
Maintain records of calls and client interactions in our CRM
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead targets
Provide basic information about welding supplies and recommend solutions based on client needs (training provided)
Requirements:

Previous phone sales, telemarketing, or cold calling experience preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Basic understanding of welding or industrial tools is a plus (but not required)
