Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality and cost-effective production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Analyze production workflows and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Prepare technical documentation and process reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Proficient in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
