Job Description:
1) Ensuring the Food Preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
2) Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
3) Sorting, storing and distributing Ingredients
4) Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking food stuff s and helping to prepare salad and desserts
5)Remove dishes before and after courses, scrape and stack dishes, carry linen to and from laundry area.


Minimum requirements:
1) Minimum three (3) years working experience.
2) Ability to work standing over long periods of time
3) Must be team player, honest and reliable
4) Must have excellent spoken and ability to read in English
5) O Level standard of education
