The dental providers at Dently use a digital process to create your Invisalign treatment plan. Your dentist uses the iTero® intraoral scanner to create highly accurate impressions without messy, goopy molds. They upload your scans into Invisalign’s proprietary software to design your plan. Next, Dently sends your plan to the Invisalign lab, which creates your custom-made aligners. Once you receive your first set, your dentist gives you special instructions. Most plans include a new set of aligners every two to three weeks. You must wear your aligners for at least 22 hours a day, and make sure you remove them when you eat and drink anything but water.
