About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and certified Debt Recovery Agents (DRA) to join our fast-growing team in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. This is a telecalling-based recovery process where you will engage with customers over the phone, guide them through repayment options, and ensure timely collections – all from the comfort and safety of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments and provide clear repayment options.

Explain loan/account details professionally while maintaining compliance with RBI and industry guidelines.

Handle objections effectively and negotiate repayment solutions.

Update and maintain call logs, customer records, and recovery status in the system.

Follow company policies and code of conduct while interacting with customers.

Achieve assigned recovery and performance targets within timelines.

Coordinate with team leaders and managers for escalations or special cases.

Requirements

✅ Education: Minimum HSc (12th pass) is mandatory.
✅ Certification: Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory as per RBI guidelines.
✅ Experience: Prior experience in recovery/collections/telecalling preferred but freshers with certification are welcome.
✅ Skills:

Excellent communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.

Ability to handle customer pressure professionally.

Good computer skills for record updating.
