Looking for a Babysitter

Do we have nannies here? I and my wife is looking for a babysitter. We are interested in getting a great baby sitter by the start of the month (also better if we can get it earlier). We have two kids, James and Janet of ages 2 and 4 years old. 10am-PM Estimating 45 hours/week could increase if needed to 50 hours/week.
