Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support business growth.

Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Manage cash flow, capital structure, and funding requirements.

Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team.

Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Establish strong internal controls and risk management systems.

Build relationships with banks, investors, and external partners.

Lead, mentor, and grow the finance and accounting team.

Support fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
