Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee district courier operations
✅ Manage and develop delivery teams
✅ Monitor performance and ensure service quality
✅ Drive compliance and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field (preferred)
🔹 3 years of logistics/operations leadership experience
🔹 Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
🔹 Willing to be assigned within district
