For a market like Bolivia, it is a matter of studying player density, technology adoption rates, competition, and probable regulatory requirements, and developing the initial business case for investment.

Strategic Partnership Negotiation: I aggressively seek and close partnerships with our key local partners. This includes securing deals with local payment processors (which is especially crucial in LatAm for deposit and withdrawal success), tech providers, and high-impact media properties for brand placement. I am highly skilled at negotiating revenue-share terms and service deals that protect our interests.

Commercial Roadmap: I work cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to get our product ready for market. I provide the commercial requirements: What is the optimal bonus structure to recruit players in this market? Which sports leagues do we need to recruit from? What will be the potential ROI in this market within the next three years?

Networking and Representation: Much time is spent on the road at conferences around the region. Establishing personal relationships with in-place regulators, potential alliance partners, and affiliates is not optional; trust is the business development currency of this business.

I thrive on complexity and the adrenaline of closing a high-speed deal that unlocks an entirely new stream of revenue. My measure of success is the size of the markets we penetrate, the size of the partnerships I hire in, and the speed with which we capture a new, challenging space. I am the master builder of expansion.
