PadThermosol Range from FYI

PT-J300 Pad-thermosol Range is suitable for working out dye formulas and research work in laboratory. It mainly consists of control box, padder, infrared zone, pre oven and oven. The cloth sample to be tested is fixed with special clip rods, more samples can be tested simultaneously. The sample padded by the horizontal pneumatic-type padder is held on both ends by clip rods; this complete sample holder is mounted on the drive chains which are running endlessly through the machine. The sample is first led through the infrared zone, then through the pre oven, then select whether to through the oven or not. After passing the pre oven or oven, the cloth sample and clip rods will fall into reserve box automatically.
