Core Responsibilities
Licensing and Compliance Management: My task is to have our current operating licenses renewed (which might be jurisdictions like Curaçao or Malta, although the administration is based in Costa Rica). This involves meticulously preparing and submitting all renewal forms, financial statements, and operational notices to the regulatory authorities.

Corporate Administration: I oversee our regional corporate organization, ensuring all business registrations, tax remittances, and local government fees are completed correctly and on time. This maintains the seamless operation of our regional headquarters.

Audit Preparation: I organize and prepare the respective documents for operational and financial audits. I work with internal Legal departments and external auditors to bring forth total transparency and compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) practices and corporate governance practices.

Vendor and Third-Party Agreements: I manage the administrative aspects of contracts with external parties, such as payment processors, software vendors, and specialist legal consultants, so that all agreements are in terms of our operational licenses.

I function best under the pressure of maintaining order and integrity within a closely scrutinized international business. My success is demonstrated through our spotless regulatory history and ability to operate effortlessly and legally along multiple international borders.
