Jared McBrearty: A Lifelong Builder and Innovator

Connecticut native Jared McBrearty began working at 11 and entered construction at 16, advancing to foreman and supervisor roles. After launching a concrete business in 2011, he expanded into renovations and house flipping. Joining A1 Home Improvement in 2022, he helped increase revenue four-to-fivefold while strengthening roofing, siding, and window divisions.
