Remote Human Resources Manager

Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for our remote student workforce. This position plays a key role in developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance, while fostering a supportive and engaging remote work environment.

Responsibilities:
•Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and programs tailored to student employees.
•Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for remote staff.
•Manage compensation, benefits, and HR compliance in line with regulations.
•Provide leadership in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture.
