Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Data Analyst with 5–7 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will lead complex data analysis initiatives, deliver strategic insights, and work closely with business and technical teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data analysis projects and mentor junior analysts

Analyze complex and large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

Write complex and optimized SQL queries and manage data extraction processes

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions

Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices across analytics processes

Present insights and recommendations to senior management

Required Skills:

Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel

Strong experience with Power BI/Tableau or other BI tools

Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation

Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and data visualization principles

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

5–7 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst
