Job Description:
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.

Minimum requirements:
1) Minimum three (3) years working experience.
2) Must be team player, honest and reliable
3) Must have excellent spoken and ability to read in English
4) O Level standard of education
