Remote Sales Representative Flexible, SelfDirected Opportunity

We’re looking for motivated individuals with an interest in sales to work with us on a flexible, self-directed basis.

This is a service-based sales role, focused on promoting digital marketing services rather than physical products. You’ll be provided with all the support, resources, and training needed to make your first sale, while having complete freedom to choose when, how, and how often you work.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to understand client challenges and offer effective solutions through our services.

Compensation:
Earnings are commission-based, ranging from £100 to £4,000 per sale, operating on a zero-hour contract. Additional monthly performance bonuses are available. For those who perform well, there is the opportunity to progress into a long-term role, including building, managing, and leading your own sales team.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using organisational tools.
Follow up on leads promptly and manage ongoing client accounts to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting
relationships.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Good IT proficiency, including CRM systems, MS Office suite, and other relevant software tools.
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
