Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution: Create and oversee daily production schedules to maximize equipment usage and satisfy client demand.
Process Optimization: To optimize flow and cut down on idle time, locate production line bottlenecks and apply Line Balancing procedures.
Resource management includes overseeing shop floor workers and handling technical training, performance reviews, and shift schedules.
Troubleshooting and Technical Support: To reduce unscheduled downtime, offer prompt technical support for machine malfunctions or process deviations.
Lean & Continuous Improvement: To eradicate the 8 Wastes of production, spearhead Kaizen projects and employ Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
Quality Assurance Liaison: Work together with the Quality division to look into non-conformities and put permanent corrective measures (CAPA) into place.
Cost management: By lowering scrap rates, maximizing energy use, and controlling tool life, manufacturing costs can be tracked and managed.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
