Job Description
Duties:
QMS Development: Create, implement, and uphold the Quality Management System in compliance with global norms.
Process Auditing: To guarantee strict adherence to authorized workflows and find systemic vulnerabilities, conduct routine internal audits of manufacturing processes.
Documentation Control: To guarantee technical accuracy, create and oversee the lifespan of Work Instructions (WI), Quality Manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Continuous Improvement: Take the lead on Six Sigma and Kaizen projects to improve overall operational efficiency and lower process variability.
Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA): Oversee the CAPA system, making sure that systemic rather than just product-level solutions are used to address the underlying causes of persistent problems.
Training & Culture: Create and implement quality awareness training courses for employees, promoting a Quality Culture in every area.

Focus Skills:
Systems thinking: The capacity to comprehend how modifications to one aspect of the production process affect the final product's overall quality.
Methodological Expertise: Excellent knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
Statistical Analysis: Proficiency with statistical methods to analyze process capabilities and long-term quality trends (Cp/Cpk).
Audit Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional audit teams and certification as an internal auditor.
Strategic Communication: The capacity to persuade shop floor teams and leadership to embrace new quality standards and behavioral adjustments.
