Risk assessment: Practical experience with risk management tools like Hazard Analysis and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
Problem-Solving Frameworks: Proficiency in structured approaches such as the 5-Why technique, 8D, and Six Sigma (DMAIC).
Communication & Influence: Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities to explain technical quality requirements to shop floor operators and executive leadership.
