Job Description
Duties:
Inventory Reconciliation: Keep an eye on the finished goods (FG) store to make sure the physical stock and ERP entries correspond with the production outputs from the injection molding machines.
Packing Compliance: Keep an eye on the packing procedure to make sure that fragile plastic parts are shielded from dust, warping, and scratches by utilizing the proper bins, crates, or protective films.
Documentation Management: Create and confirm the necessary dispatch documents, such as E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, Tax Invoices, and Packing Lists.
Logistics Coordination: Work with freight forwarders and carriers to organize vehicles, making sure that the truck type and size are suitable for the weight and volume of the plastic items.
Customer Coordination: Discuss dispatch schedules, tracking information, and any delivery delays with customers or their representatives.

Focus Skills:
Logistics Knowledge: Excellent comprehension of freight documentation, E-Way bill requirements, and road transport laws.
ERP Proficiency: Practical knowledge of mainstream ERP systems' inventory management modules.
Attention to Detail: A relentless eye for matching quantities, batch codes, and part numbers with purchase orders from customers.
Communication Skills: The capacity to properly respond to questions from the manufacturing and sales teams and bargain with carriers.
Physical stamina: The ability to work comfortably in a warehouse setting where standing, walking, and overseeing physical loading tasks may be necessary.
