Focus Skills:
Metrology Mastery: Excellent hand-held measurement skills and a fundamental comprehension of CMM (Coordinate measurement Machine) reports.
Blueprint Reading: The capacity to comprehend GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols and read and analyze 2D engineering blueprints.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of how part quality is affected by machine settings (temperature, pressure, and cooling time).
Attention to Detail: An unwavering eye for minute dimensional variations or surface imperfections.
Communication: The capacity to give production supervisors and machine operators frank, unbiased criticism on quality issues.
