Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Drafting & Design: Using AutoCAD and associated CAD software, produce extremely detailed 2D layouts and 3D models of mechanical parts, assemblies, and tools.
Design for Manufacturing, or DFM, optimizes designs to make sure they can be produced effectively with current shop floor machinery.
Technical Documentation: Create thorough BOMs, engineering change notes, and production team technical guides.
Standardization: To guarantee that parts fulfill stringent quality and fitting requirements, apply GD&T principles to drawings.
Prototype Support: Work with the R&D team to improve prototypes, modifying drawings in real time in response to the outcomes of physical testing.
Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers and Production Managers to address design-related problems throughout the manufacturing cycle.
Digitizing and updating outdated manual drawings or blueprints into contemporary CAD formats for the digital library is known as legacy conversion.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
