Your Duties:
Process Design & Optimization: Create and enhance manufacturing procedures to boost output, cut waste, and save operating expenses.
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee the installation, upkeep, and repair of industrial machinery, such as automated conveyors, hydraulic systems, and CNC machines.
DFM/DFA Integration: Evaluate product designs to make sure they are optimal for assembly (DFA) and manufacturing (DFM), giving the R&D team input to streamline production.
Quality Control & Compliance: Put strict testing procedures in place to guarantee that all mechanical parts adhere to internal safety guidelines and industry standards.
Tooling & Jig Design: Create and supervise the manufacturing of unique fixtures, molds, and jigs needed for certain production runs.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct investigations into production bottlenecks or mechanical breakdowns and put long-term technical fixes in place to stop them from happening again.
