Your Duties:
Asset Management: Take charge of maintaining all paintshop equipment, such as baking ovens, PT/CED tanks, sludge handling systems, and paint circulation modules.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Create and carry out a thorough PM schedule to stop major malfunctions in high-wear parts like heat exchangers, pumps, and motors.
Robotics & Automation: Maintain and troubleshoot paint robots (such ABB, Fanuc, or Dürr) and related bell/gun applicators.
Utility Oversight: Guarantee the steady operation of auxiliary utilities such high-pressure compressed air systems, chiller plants, and air handling units (AHUs).
Breakdown Recovery: During production hours, oversee quick-reaction teams to identify and fix mechanical, electrical, or PLC-related issues.
Spare Parts Management: To reduce Mean Time to Repair, keep an essential stock of mechanical seals, nozzles, sensors, and electronic boards.
