Modifier Application: To guarantee correct reimbursement and avoid unbundling denials, appropriately apply modifiers to procedure codes.
Charge Validation: Verify that all recorded services have been recorded and that the units and doses are accurate by looking over Superbills or electronic health records.
Quality Auditing: Before the claim is queued for transmission to the clearinghouse, conduct self-audits to find and fix entry problems.
Fee Schedule Management: Make sure that each charge code has the appropriate monetary amounts associated with it according to the payer contracts and the provider's particular fee schedules.
