Job Description
Duties:
Direct Telephone Revenue Generation: Make a lot of outbound sales calls to database contacts, warm marketing leads, and pre-qualified prospects in order to pitch, negotiate, and complete deals over the phone.
Consultative Need Discovery: To propose the ideal premium package, have focused discovery discussions with prospects to learn about their financial constraints, problems, and product needs
Objection Handling & Value Anchoring: Use psychology and smart sales scripts to overcome difficult customer objections about competition features, pricing, and timing.
Deal Structuring & Spot Closing: Use online gateways or digital invoices to lock in quick payments by presenting pricing tiers, providing temporary reductions, and creating a sense of urgency.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track lead statuses, set automated callback triggers, and keep a spotless, well-organized pipeline of deals within the CRM system.
Focus Skills:
Advanced Persuasion & Closing Skills: The capacity to confidently request the credit card and payment information while guiding a discussion toward a final purchase decision.
Elite Verbal Agility & Tone Control: Clear, polished verbal communication abilities with the capacity to quickly establish trust over the phone by modifying speaking tempo, intensity, and tone.
Extreme mental endurance and a fiercely competitive, upbeat mindset that is totally unaffected by high rejection rates or protracted dry times between conversions are characteristics of great emotional resilience.
CRM & Cloud Telephony Fluency: Real-world experience with enterprise CRM systems (like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or LeadSquared) and high-volume auto-dialers
