Your Duties:
End-to-End Payroll Processing: Compute gross salaries, net payouts, loss of pay (LOP), and overtime allocations for every employee during monthly payroll processing cycles.
Consolidation of Attendance & Leave Matrix: Examine, clean, and validate intricate time-office inputs, such as biometric attendance records, shift patterns, leave balances, and mid-month joining parameters.
Statutory Compliance Deduction Management: Determine and submit monthly statutory employee and employer deductions, making sure that they are completely compliant with local regulations for the Labor Welfare Fund, Employee State Insurance, Professional Tax, and Provident Fund.
Income Tax & TDS Validation: Manage Form 16 distributions, calculate monthly Tax Deducted at Source, review employee tax investment declarations, and support the filing of quarterly e-TDS returns.
VariablePay & Incentive Calculation: In accordance with corporate policy, collaborate with department managers to handle performance bonuses, sales incentives, night shift allowances, and expense reimbursements.
