Job Description
Who you are:
Perform standard testing, zeroing, and calibration on automated process instruments such as digital level sensors, electromagnetic flowmeters, RTD/Thermocouple temperature probes, and pressure transmitters. Identify, maintain, and fix common shop-floor electrical components, including switchgear units, AC/DC electric motors, variable frequency drives, and low-voltage power distribution networks. To resolve signal dropping issues, locate and isolate system defects inside fieldbus networks, automated feedback circuits, and active 4–20 mA current loops. Maintain, fix, and adjust pressure regulators, pneumatic actuator systems, automated control valves, and electro-pneumatic positioners. To decipher fault codes, trace ladder logic loops, and replace faulty module cards, connect diagnostic consoles straight to Programmable Logic Controller arrays and Distributed Control System I/O racks.
