Responsibilities:
Email Ticket Lifecycle Management: Create polished, precise, and well-organized email responses, investigate resolution procedures across internal platforms, and methodically examine incoming customer email tickets.
Real-Time Live Chat Support: Oversee two to three live chat windows at once, offering website visitors and application users prompt, courteous, and relevant text support.
Social Media & Direct Messaging Maintenance: Keep an eye on company digital touchpoints, such as official WhatsApp Business, Twitter/X direct messages, and Instagram portals, to handle escalations from public or private users.
Data Verification & CRM Logging: After finishing each digital ticket, enter concise summaries, categorization tags, and system update notes in the central CRM database to keep spotless client interaction logs.
Technical Troubleshooting Coordination: Examine screenshots, diagnostic logs, and issue descriptions given by users, comparing symptoms with technical documentation to walk them through digital remedies step-by-step.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
