Your Duties:
Circuit Design: Construct intricate schematics of analog and digital circuits with an emphasis on microcontroller integration, power management, and signal conditioning.
PCB Layout & Routing: Using programs like Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad, create multi-layer printed circuit boards with the best possible component arrangement and thermal control.
Prototyping and Soldering: For preliminary proof-of-concept testing, assemble prototype boards using manual hardware adjustments and precise SMD soldering.
Firmware Integration: Work with software teams to create and troubleshoot low-level firmware for microcontrollers and embedded systems.
Hardware Validation: To diagnose hardware defects, EMI/EMC difficulties, and signal integrity issues, use oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
Component Selection: Investigate and procure electronic components while weighing cost-effectiveness, power efficiency, and technical performance.
Before committing to actual fabrication, run SPICE simulations to forecast circuit behavior and avoid hardware malfunctions.
