Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to questions, grievances, and service requests from customers by effectively handling incoming and outgoing calls.
Problem Solving: Determine and evaluate the demands of clients in order to accomplish First Call Resolution (FCR) by offering precise information or troubleshooting procedures.
Documentation: Keep thorough and precise records of all conversations, remarks, and actions made with customers in the CRM system.
Process Compliance: Uphold the organization's quality standards while closely adhering to communication scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Escalation Management: Identify situations that call for higher-level intervention and direct calls to the relevant department or supervisor.
Customer input should be gathered and reported to management in order to enhance internal procedures, goods, and services.
Sales/Upselling: Look for chances to recommend other goods or services that, depending on the needs of the client, can be advantageous.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
