Responsibilities:
Inbound/Outbound Interaction: Respond to a large number of calls from clients (inbound) to address problems or contact prospective customers (outbound) to generate leads and close deals.
Answering questions: Based on established business procedures, give precise information about goods, services, invoicing, or technological difficulties.
Escalation Management: Determine which priority issues need expert technical assistance or managerial intervention, then escalate them.
Documentation: Keep thorough and precise records in the CRM system of all customer contacts, comments, and actions.
Quality Compliance: Follow Quality Assurance rules, which include required compliance declarations, scripts, and call etiquette.
Relationship Building: Establish a rapport with clients to boost brand loyalty and spot chances for upselling or cross-selling.
Follow-up: To ensure a closed-loop resolution and excellent CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, make sure to promptly follow up on unresolved customer complaints.
Required Skills:
Communication Excellence: Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities with a distinct neutral accent in English (and/or pertinent regional languages).
