Your Duties:
Circuit Design: To satisfy functional requirements, create and improve analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits utilizing schematic capture tools.
PCB Layout & Prototyping: Create multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs) while taking thermal control, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance into account.
Integration of Embedded Systems: Work with firmware engineers to integrate microcontrollers (ARM, AVR, and PIC) and guarantee smooth communication between hardware and software.
Testing and Validation: To debug and validate hardware performance, undertake thorough bench testing utilizing oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
Component Selection: Investigate and procure electronic components (BOM management), taking into account availability and pricing limitations in addition to technical specifications.
Compliance & Certification: Verify that designs adhere to industry standards and certifications including UL, FCC, RoHS, and CE.
Root Cause Analysis: Identify and fix complicated hardware malfunctions, making design adjustments to stop them from happening again in large quantities.
