Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Regional client Support Execution: Handle a large number of incoming and/or outgoing calls while providing prompt, courteous, and understandable answers to client complaints, billing concerns, or product questions in fluent Tamil.
Active Listening & Problem Translation: Pay close attention to client problems, deconstruct intricate regional descriptions into fundamental issue matrices, and use easily understood language to describe solution sets.
Data Entry & CRM Case Logging: Within the enterprise CRM system, keep extremely accurate, up-to-date customer history logs.
SLA Metric Maintenance: Continually achieve team and individual KPIs, such as the desired Average Handling Time, Customer Satisfaction Scores, and First Call Resolution percentages.
Escalation Pipeline Tracking: Using regular operating procedures, find and effectively forward complicated technical issues, invoicing inconsistencies, or serious customer complaints to tier-2 teams or shift supervisors.
Cross-Selling & Service Promotion: During suitable call-flow moments, deftly promote interested clients to pertinent product upgrades, ongoing regional promotional programs, or value-added services.
Information Security Adherence: Ensure full compliance with data protection policies by conducting accurate security checkpoint verifications prior to disclosing sensitive account information.
