Your Duties:
Manage a hybrid queue of client touchpoints with blended interaction management, answering complicated questions via incoming and outgoing calls while managing concurrent email, SMS, and chat loops.
Transactional Data Processing: During call downtown windows, carry out back-office data processing, including customer account verification, document layout approval, and data change processing.
First-Contact Problem Solving: Understand client concerns in both written and spoken forms, then use business policy guidelines to provide prompt, precise responses.
CRM & Status Tracking: To monitor lifecycle resolutions, input precise, real-time records of each phone call and written email exchange into the company CRM system.
SLA Threshold Adherence: Maintain operational metrics for both channels, adhering to Turnaround Time (TAT) targets on written tickets and meeting target Average Handling Times (AHT) on calls.
