Responsibilities:
Multi-Channel Text Resolution: Use corporate live chat, structured emails, messaging applications, and social media help to handle, diagnose, and resolve incoming digital client issues.
Manage two to four live chat discussions at once while maintaining professional tone standards, speed, and structural response quality.
Technical Writing & Ticket Documentation: In the centralized ticketing platform or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) architecture, log thorough, precise case descriptions, root causes, and resolution details.
Back-Office Transactional Processing: Update user account profiles across internal database modules, validate document uploads, match transaction logs, and carry out precise data entry cycles.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence: Maintain target Average Response Time (ART), Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT), Resolution Time, and Quality Audit scores while achieving or surpassing daily operational KPIs.
Required Skills:
Perfect Written Grammar & Syntax: Outstanding grasp of written English (and/or designated regional languages) with perfect clarity, precise punctuation, and a helpful, professional email style.
High-Speed & High-Accuracy Typing: At least 95% accuracy metrics on dynamic alphanumeric text tests and a confident touch-typing speed of more than 40 to 45 words per minute (WPM).
Ticketing Desk Interface Fluency: Practical knowledge in using modern digital support desks (such Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Zoho Desk).
Strong Analytical Reading Comprehension: The ability to swiftly identify the underlying reason of lengthy, complicated, or poorly worded customer complaints.
