Written Correspondence: Use professional email correspondence and real-time web chat to handle and address customer inquiries, grievances, and requests.
Data processing: Correctly input and update case notes, transaction details, and client data into international databases and CRM systems.
Technical Troubleshooting: Use organized knowledge-base articles and technical guides to identify and fix software or service-related problems.
Back-Office Support: Carry out ancillary duties such content moderation, order processing, document verification, and claim settlement.
Quality & Compliance: Respect global data protection regulations (such as GDPR) and uphold high quality ratings by adhering to particular brand tones and templates.
SLA Adherence: Achieve stringent productivity goals and make sure that every chat or issue is answered within the predetermined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Trend Analysis: To promote process changes, find reoccurring customer problems or system flaws and report them to the leadership team.
Cross-Functional Cooperation: Work together with the Voice and Technical teams to make sure the customer has a smooth Omni-channel experience.
